I am a travel professional who has spent more than two decades building, operating, and scaling travel businesses across Southeast Asia. My experience comes from being directly involved in sales, product development, operations, supplier management, and market expansion across multiple destinations.

Operator First Travel Industry Experience

My background is rooted in building and running a Destination Management Company across Southeast Asia. This includes developing products, contracting suppliers, managing operations, and scaling distribution across international markets.

This is where most consulting advice in travel falls short.

It is easy to speak about strategy. It is much harder to execute it across multiple destinations, cultures, and supplier networks while maintaining margin and quality.

That is the experience I bring.

Current Leadership Roles

Today, I operate at the centre of the travel ecosystem in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

I am the CEO of MalaysiaTravel.com, Malaysia’s leading travel booking platform focused on connecting travellers with curated, high-quality travel products across the country.

At the same time, I serve as COO of Amazing Borneo Group, one of Malaysia’s leading Destination Management Companies and travel groups. In this role, I oversee operations across the full customer journey, from sales and product to delivery and supplier relationships.

This dual perspective gives a unique advantage.

I understand both the distribution side and the operational complexity behind delivering travel experiences at scale.
