I work with travel agencies and tour operators to build, improve, and optimise travel products and destinations across Asia.
This service is designed for companies that are developing new destinations, expanding existing portfolios, or facing underperformance in specific markets. Common challenges include itineraries that no longer resonate with customers, supplier structures that are misaligned with quality or pricing expectations, or limited access to the right local partners.
By working directly in-market, I assess existing products, supplier relationships, and commercial structures. I then support the development of stronger itineraries, source and validate suitable DMCs, operators, hotels, and experience providers, and assist with commercial alignment where required.
The focus is on creating well-structured, competitive products that are easier to sell, commercially sound, and aligned with both customer expectations and brand standards.
