For travel companies based outside Asia, maintaining ongoing product oversight and supplier control in the region can be challenging. I act as an extended team member, providing on-the-ground product management and regional representation across Asia.

In this role, I support ongoing supplier relationships, monitor destination and product performance, assist with negotiations, and ensure operational and quality alignment with your organisation’s standards. I function as a direct point of contact between head office and local partners, helping to bridge geographical and cultural gaps.
